I cannot stress how important it is for the radical left to develop an actual array of media outlets. A huge part of the rise of the alt-right was that they developed a compelling online presence with no leftist media to counter it. Not to mention we will never grow significantly ourselves without a modern presence that reaches out to people
Here’s a bunch of others since i do nothing but listen to podcasts. I cast a wide net w/ this list, getting most things i could find that i could describe as lefty/relevant history. out of anything on this list not all are necessarily great imo & do not necessarily reflect those of my employer etc etc etc. It’s alphabetized too, so i’m clearly unbiased ;P
no offense but i need everyone to stop saying that “we survived” bad presidents before. like, i get it, the country has weathered people like andrew jackson and ronald reagan and will probably weather trump. but when you say “we survived” andrew jackson? tell that to the 4000 (of 16000) cherokee who died on the trail of tears. “we survived” ronald reagan? tell that to the 650,000 americans who have died of aids– a national health crisis which reagan refused to even recognize?
you know who “survived” presidents like trump? people who never had to be afraid of them in the first place.
